Teaching
Laurel Springs hires teachers who are credentialed and experienced. In certain subject areas, we also consider candidates who have advanced degrees. Additionally, we seek candidates with strong communication skills, computer competency and a passion for teaching. Curriculum Design
Laurel Springs is always interested in knowing teachers who have a strong interest in curriculum design. Those candidates should have computer competency, a teaching credential or an advanced degree in education. Design work ranges from design of new courses and development of effective assessments to the enhancement of existing courses. Qualifications include the skills of teamwork, working to a deadline, understanding of learning styles and learning theory, organization and creativity.
